Larry Smith's Sunday Showcase Featured Guest

On Sunday (Sept 05) at 9:00PM, Larry Smith
showcases the talents of singer Jodyrae Geckler.
Renaissance woman (singer, actor, and author) Jodyrae Geckler,
who has been performing in Key West for almost thirty years, has
starred in the Spectrelles as Danielle and has
acted many times on the Red Barn, Waterfront, and
TWFAC stages. Jodyrae will be including her
requisite fan favorites as well as some new material in this
showcase performance. Next week's Larry Smith Sunday
Showcase Guest will be country singer/songwriter Cindy Lu
(Sept 12).
The Larry Smith Jazz Jams are held on Mondays
at 9:00PM - this week (Aug 23) featuring drummer Roger Van Zant
and bassist Lonnie Jacobson - and all instrumentalist,
vocalists, and listeners are invited to participate. The Monday
Jams continue to be well attended. Les Dudley (tenor
saxophone), Bobby Navarro (tenor saxophone), Parker
Redding (piano, vocals), Damien Vantriglia (alto
saxophone), Alex Okinczyc (trumpet), Detroit Herman
(alto saxophone), Jerry Levine (percussion), and Mary
Deasy, Gregory James, Patricia Tennison, and Gigi
(vocals) are frequently stopping by to make music with Larry.
